Business Head – Hisar (NCR Region)

We are currently looking to hire a Business Head for our organization, and we wanted to share some specific requirements for the role. The ideal candidate should have:
Extensive experience in Micro Loans: A strong understanding of the microfinance sector, including the nuances of lending, customer profiling, and risk management.
Vast experience in MSME Loans: A proven track record in handling loans for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, with a deep understanding of MSME challenges and opportunities.
Basic knowledge of LAP (Loan Against Property): Familiarity with the fundamentals of LAP products, including collateral evaluation and repayment structures.
Should be located in NCR region or maximum 3 hours Drive from the city of hisar in terms of travel time, he should be willing to re locate to hisar as this will be our Head office
Key Skills Required:
Operations Management: Strong capability to oversee and streamline branch or organizational operations efficiently.
Product Development: Experience in designing and developing loan products tailored to customer needs and market trends.
Target Execution: Ability to achieve business targets while maintaining compliance and profitability.
Third-Party Tie-Ups: Skill in establishing and managing strategic partnerships with third parties to enhance product offerings and customer outreach with references in the finance and NBFC industry
We would prefer a candidate who has worked in NBFC’s or has a maximum experience of working with NBFC’s and not Banks
