To develop the insurance business in the assigned area by supporting the Sales Team.
Strategic planning for business development of insurance products in coordination with the Sales head of the region.
Training of the sales team and advisors on Product, Processes and Policies as defined by Head office.
Relationship building with insurance companies and liasioning for activity management.
Review of Sales team on insurance product Sales.
Activity Planning, Execution and overall management.
Operational Assistance to various mapped branches for logins and issuance.
Involvement in doing Business Opportunity Presentation for bringing new advisors in the business.
Required Candidate profile
1. In Depth Knowledge of Insurance products.
2. Good convincing Power & Good Communications skills both verbal and written.
3. Team handling experience candidate preferred.
4. Must have Sales Attitude.
