Ability to understand a client’s requirement, create detailed business analysis documents, and conceptualize the solutions.
Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements.
Communicate effectively in order to maintain transparency and ensure that the solution meets the client’s needs.
Develop and execute comprehensive task plans.
Prepare technical docs like, understanding documents, user stories, and use cases, architecture diagrams, workflows and flowchart.
Coordinate with design experts to create mockups for presenting solution recommendations to clients.
Conduct the sprint meeting with the team for planning and retrospection meeting at the end.
Monitor the project progress and report the risks and issues in a timely manner.
Ability to distinguish between change requests and new features to get justification accordingly.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and analysis of current processes, using operational metrics and reports.
