- Design and architect end to end solutions on STIBO STEP.
- Design build and maintain architecture with large complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.
- Leading development team during Design Development and SIT/UAT phases. Mentoring and guiding team with solution best practices.
- Participate in solution design discussions show & tell session with customers.
- Identify design and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes optimizing data delivery.
- Resolve non-functional requirements such as performance security maintainability scalability and monitoring.
- Monitor all production issues and inquiries and provide efficient resolution.
- Perform performance tuning application support and user acceptance training.
