Skills Required: • Little or no assistance required to create web applications from start to finish. • PHP: 3+ years, 2+ years experience in any MVC framework. (We love Laravel) • Some experience designing Rest Apis. • 2+ years working with Relational database such as MySQL or similar. • Knowledge of code versioning tools such as GIT. • 2+ years experience in JavaScript. (Bonus points if hands-on experience in Angular or similar libraries) • Mobile-first or responsive designs using modern CSS framework like bootstrap. • Experience working in an Agile team. • On-site client interaction experience would be an added advantage. Roles & Responsibilities: • Design web development solution by analyzing project requirements. • Flexible working with backend, frontend or any other end. • Able to manage a small team, willing to serve as a mentor to less experienced developers. • Estimate level of effort, evaluate new options of similar technology, offer suggestions to improve processes, and provide comments on design aspects. • Daily Scrum meetings on-site. • Perform other duties as necessary.
