Job Description:
Supporting customer retention & new business strategies.
Communicating & referring leads to our outbound sales team.
Maximizing qualified lead generation.
Maximizing cross sell, up sell & solution selling opportunities.
Coordinating over the phone and fixing appointments for our team to visit those places and close the sales themselves.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Any undergraduate/graduate/postgraduate.
At least 1 year experience in generating leads for outbound process .
Have a proven ability in achieving monthly targets.
Be self-motivated with an ability to work autonomously in a team environment.
Excellent communication & organizational skills.
Should be willing to work in morning shifts.
