MSc Nursing or BSc Nursing
1.       Evaluation of nursing services of associated hospitals in terms of gap assessment keeping NABH standard as benchmark.
2.       Coordinate with unit nursing head/ management analyst for closure of the gaps identified.
3.       Ensure continuous nursing education programmes are conducted on regular basis in all associated hospitals.
4.       Ensure the nursing staff credentialing, privileging and competency matrix is completed.
5.       Ensure the nursing staff induction programme are being practiced in associated hospitals.
6.       Be a part of strategic planning of the department of nursing and nursing services.
7.       Involve in selection or recruitment of Nurses / Identifying the right nursing manpower resources for associated hospitals.
8.       Ensuring the quality of nursing services provided to the customer in associated hospitals by monitoring the nursing clinical indicators.
9.       Other activities as assigned by reporting manager.
