Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
➢ Provide Remote Technical Support to customers for the enterprise products
➢ Manage customer trouble tickets. ➢ Provide troubleshooting support and problem resolution to customers
➢ Should be willing to work on Sunday to Thursday shift. Skill Sets Required:
➢ Good Communication skills. ➢ Good Knowledge & experience in SQL queries and Stored Procedures
➢ Basic knowledge on Windows servers
➢ Good knowledge in XML, JSON and EDI
➢ Technical/Business skills and ability to work within a team Client centric mindset
➢ Work experience in Web Services (SOAP/REST/Swagger/JSON/Curl/Postman). ➢ Contribute to the creation and review of knowledge articles
➢ Experience in writing scripts using Python/PowerShell also be added weightage
➢ Investigative support skills
