Selling Business products including mobiles, broadband, wireless, fixed & cloud products to new & existing customers.
Supporting customer retention & new business strategies.
Contacting new customers – Identify & quality opportunities.
Maximising cross sell, up sell & solution selling opportunities.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in international outbound calling and sales.
Have a proven ability in achieving monthly targets.
Be self-motivated with an ability to work autonomously in a team environment.
Excellent communication & organisational skills.
Should be willing to work in morning shifts.
– Cab Facility & Breakfast (Free of Cost)
– 5 days working (Monday – Friday)
Shift Timings: 4:30 am – 1:00 pm (Oct – Mar) & 5:00AM – 2:00PM (Apr – Sep)
