Key Responsibilities
Design & Creativity
- Create engaging graphics, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, and social media creatives.
- Design visual content for both digital and print platforms.
- Develop layouts, color schemes, typography, and visual compositions in line with brand guidelines.
- Produce high-quality creatives for marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives.
Branding & Visual Identity
- Maintain consistency in brand visuals across all communication channels.
- Assist in developing and refining brand identity elements such as logos, templates, and style guides.
- Ensure all designs align with company standards and marketing strategies.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with marketing, content, and social media teams.
- Understand design briefs clearly and deliver creative, timely solutions.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently while meeting deadlines.
Asset Management
- Prepare final design files for publishing, printing, and digital distribution.
- Organize and manage design assets systematically for easy access and reuse.
Trends & Innovation
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Suggest innovative creative ideas to enhance brand communication and visual impact.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create static, digital, and marketing creatives effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (freshers with strong portfolios may apply).
