In this position, you will produce high-quality motion graphics and video content for social media, websites, advertisements, and promotional campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging digital experiences that resonate with audiences.

Key Responsibilities for Motion Designer Role

Motion Design & Animation

• Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital platforms.
• Design logo animations, explainer videos, reels, and short-form content.
• Develop storyboards, concepts, and animation sequences.

Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit video footage using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Integrate motion graphics from After Effects.
• Add transitions, sound effects, text animations, and enhancements.

Branding & Creative Design

• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to convert static visuals into dynamic motion content.

Collaboration & Workflow

• Work closely with marketing and content teams to meet project objectives.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Incorporate revisions and feedback effectively.

Innovation & Trends

• Stay updated with motion design trends and tools.
• Suggest creative ideas to improve engagement and performance for video campaigns.

Skills Required for the Creative Motion Designer Position

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling.
• Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Good sense of color, typography, and composition.
• Strong creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Design, Media, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in motion graphics or video design.
