Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Integration Engineer with strong experience in
SnapLogic and enterprise iPaaS integrations. The role will focus on designing, building,
and maintaining integrations across our enterprise SaaS ecosystem, with SnapLogic as
the primary integration platform, while also supporting Celigo and Informatica
integrations where needed.
The ideal candidate will have experience integrating CRM, ERP, finance, and billing
systems and building scalable data pipelines that support business-critical workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Development

• Design, build, and maintain integrations using SnapLogic iPaaS platform.
• Develop and support integrations using Celigo and Informatica where applicable.
• Build scalable and reliable pipelines for real-time and batch integrations.
• Develop reusable integration patterns and frameworks.

System Integrations

Implement and support integrations between the following enterprise systems:
• Salesforce (CRM/CPQ)
• NetSuite (ERP)
• Stripe (Payments)
• Sidetrade (Accounts Receivable / Cash Application)
• Acumatica (ERP / Financial Systems)
• Navision (Legacy ERP)
• Tower (Legacy System)

Data & Workflow Integration

• Design and implement API-based integrations
• Manage data synchronization between systems
• Support event-driven and scheduled integrations
• Implement data transformation, mapping, and validation logic

Operations & Monitoring

• Monitor integration pipelines and resolve failures proactively
• Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes
• Ensure data integrity and reliability across systems

Documentation & Governance

• Document integration architecture, mappings, and workflows
• Follow best practices for integration security, logging, and error handling
• Participate in integration design reviews and architecture discussions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in enterprise integrations
• Hands-on experience with SnapLogic iPaaS
• Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, XML
• Experience integrating CRM and ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of data transformation and mapping
• Experience with API authentication (OAuth, tokens, etc.)
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

• Experience with Celigo or Informatica • Experience integrating Salesforce and NetSuite
• Familiarity with financial systems, billing platforms, and payment gateways
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures
• Experience with integration monitoring and governance
• Understanding of enterprise SaaS ecosystem
