Senior Purchase Manager(Female – Married Preferred)

📌 Experience: Minimum 5+ Years in Purchase & Procurement

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Manage procurement of raw materials, consumables, and packaging materials
✔️ Develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple vendors and suppliers
✔️ Vendor sourcing, evaluation, and development
✔️ Conduct rate negotiations and quotation comparisons to achieve cost savings
✔️ Ensure timely procurement and uninterrupted material availability
✔️ Monitor vendor performance, quality standards, and delivery schedules
✔️ Coordinate closely with Production, Stores, Accounts, and Management teams
✔️ Maintain purchase records, reports, and MIS in Excel
✔️ Handle strict follow-ups and coordination with multiple vendors simultaneously

Required Skills

✔️ Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
✔️ Excellent communication and coordination abilities
✔️ Experience in handling multiple vendors and procurement activities independently
✔️ Knowledge of manufacturing and consumer product industries
✔️ Good understanding of purchase processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations
✔️ Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
