Functional Competencies Hands-on experience in software design and development, database design and development, and system integration. Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies specially in ASP.net, C #, Crystal reports, Java script, J-query, HTML, XML and Database (preferably Oracle). Agile process understanding. Knowledge/Experience in Healthcare domain will be an added advantage .
Behavioral Competencies: People Management skills, Mentoring Skills, Analytical Skills, Excellent Communication Skills, Ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Excellent Team Management skills, should have experience in handing a big team.
CTC  20Lacs to 25Lacs (Depends on current CTC)

Responsibility
Software Development:
• Designing & Development of Code for new development.
• Designing, Modelling & Development of databases, expertise in complex stored procedures.
• Create and adhere to Coding standards
• Perform Code reviews for the team
• Leading and mentoring the team members
• Create and maintain software documentation artefacts.
• Modify/enhance existing software to correct errors, to adapt it to new enhancements, or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance.
• Effective in working independently and collaboratively in teams with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Coordinate installation of software system.
• Quality, security and performance driven development
• Identify problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback / support team, and fix problems or refer problems to appropriate personnel for correction.
• Perform unit testing.
• Communicate project information to others.
Project Management:
• Resolve projects’ higher scope issues.
• Manage project execution to ensure adherence to schedule, scope and quality
• Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
• Working with project managers, product managers, architects, support, clients and developer teams to ensure solutions are delivered timely and on budget
• Provide help in maintaining data and generating reports to management.
Resource Management
• Ensure appropriate communication flow among the team and departments.
• Develop, design and create new ideas, applications, relationships, systems. Prepare staff schedules and work assignments.
• Ensure to achieve the timelines of release.
• Knowledge sharing within the teams
• Feedback – mechanism for self and team
• Involvement in the interviewing process
Process Management
• Provide timely, accurate and complete reports to reporting manager in all matters of importance. Ensure timely submission of reports to regulatory bodies.
• Compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing or verifying information or data
• Ensuring process compliance by self and team.
