    4. Good Knowledge on US visas such as H1b, green card, citizens, opt/CPT.
    5. Willing to work during US EST timing (9–5)
    6. Knowledge on other recruitment strategies to get more resumes in short period of time.
    7. Membership in LinkedIn and other
