Job Responsibilities:
Understanding of Information Technology landscape of clients
Developing and sustaining long lasting relationships with clients
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
Ability to generate requirement and driving the client engagement to close the deal.
Will be the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
Supervising the sales teams assigned to each key client
Communicating and collaborating with all the departments/teams to ensure that key
clients’ needs are met
Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and
stakeholders.
Developing a thorough understanding of key client’s needs and requirements and
preparing customized solutions.
First point of contacts in resolving all issues and problems faced by customers and
deal with all complaints
Requirements & Skills:
Should have enterprise sales experience in IT.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
Quick problem solving and decision making.
Ability to manage time, prioritize and multi task in a high-functioning
environment.
Educational Qualifications:
BBA/BCA/BE/B.Tech
MBA/MCA
