Job Title: Anaplan Consultant
Location: Chennai (REMOTE)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Consultant to support FP&A operations with a strong focus on SAP configuration and deployment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Anaplan model building, data integration, and performance optimization, along with hands-on experience in configuring and deploying SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Anaplan Model Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable Anaplan models based on business requirements.
• Model Architecture & Optimization: Ensure efficient and well-structured model architecture, enhancing performance and accuracy.
• SAP Configuration & Deployment: Configure and deploy SAP solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Anaplan.
• Data Integration: Work with APIs, ETL tools, Anaplan Connect, MuleSoft, and SAP/SAC for efficient data flow and integration.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize Anaplan models for efficiency, accuracy, and processing speed.
• Business Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective Anaplan and SAP solutions.
• Automation & Scripting: Implement automation scripts to enhance model functionality.
• Testing & Documentation: Conduct UAT, document workflows, and provide training/support to end users.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams for successful adoption of Anaplan and SAP solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Anaplan model development and SAP configuration/deployment.
• Anaplan Level 2 Model Builder Certification (mandatory); Solution Architect certification is a plus.
• Strong expertise in SAP integration with Anaplan and data management.
• Solid understanding of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in Anaplan formulas, calculations, and model optimization techniques.
• Experience with data integration tools (Anaplan Connect, APIs, MuleSoft, etc.).
• Knowledge of Excel, SQL, and other financial planning tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience in supply chain planning or sales performance management models.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for data integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA.
