Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to promote and expand our premium Italian Marble product line. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and premium project sites to generate business opportunities and drive sales growth.
This is a field-based role requiring regular site visits, client meetings, and market development activities. Candidates must be proactive, confident in communication, and capable of handling B2B sales in the construction and building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and approach architects, builders, contractors, and premium construction sites.
- Promote and present Italian marble products to potential clients.
- Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Conduct regular site visits and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Expansion
- Explore new markets and potential project opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Provide feedback and insights to management regarding market demand.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development or Field Sales (preferably in marble, tiles, granite, or building materials).
- Strong communication skills in English and local state language (mandatory).
- Experience in dealing with architects, builders, and construction professionals.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Must own a two-wheeler (mandatory) for field visits.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹4,20,000 – ₹6,00,000 per year (based on experience)
