fields of Investigation, Verification, Intelligence, Security, Risk Management, Personal
Development, and Professional Skills.
The Academy develops and delivers knowledge through Books, eBooks, Online
Courses, Offline Workshops, Webinars, Certification Programs, Corporate Training,
and Educational Partnerships.

Position Overview
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for expanding the reach
of ACME HR Consulting by developing strategic relationships with educational
institutions, bookstores, libraries, corporate organisations, law firms, detective agencies,
police training institutions, security companies, and other professional organisations.
The role focuses on building long-term partnerships, increasing the adoption of our
learning products and services, and supporting the Academy’s growth through structured
business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
A. Publications & Book Distribution (Primary Responsibility)
Develop and expand the distribution network for ACME HR Consulting.
Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new bookstores, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Promote printed books and eBooks.
  • Develop relationships with libraries, universities, and educational institutions.
  • Generate institutional and bulk book orders.
  • Support book launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor inventory requirements and coordinate with the Operations Team.

B. Academy Business Development
Promote and expand the Academy’s learning ecosystem.

C. Institutional Partnerships
Develop relationships with:

  • Universities • Colleges • Law Colleges • Police Training Academies • Libraries •
    Detective Agencies • Security Companies • Law Firms • Corporate Organisations •
    Government Training Institutes • Professional Associations
    Build long-term educational partnerships rather than one-time business transactions.

D. Corporate & Professional Outreach
Generate opportunities for:

  • Bulk Book Orders • Corporate Training • Workshops • Guest Lectures • Institutional
    Collaborations • Knowledge Partnerships

E. Market Development
Continuously identify new opportunities, including:

  • New Distribution Channels • New Institutional Partners • New Geographic Territories •
    Industry Events • Conferences • Book Fairs • Professional Associations

F. Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with:

  • Existing Clients • Institutional Partners • Bookstores • Libraries • Corporate
    Organisations • Distributors
    Ensure timely follow-ups and long-term engagement.

G. Reporting & CRM Management
Maintain accurate records of:

  • Daily Visits • Meetings Conducted • Orders Generated • Payments Collected • Follow-
    ups • Customer Feedback • Partnership Opportunities • Market Intelligence

Update the CRM regularly and submit daily and weekly reports.

Daily Responsibilities
☐ Visit bookstores, educational institutions, libraries, and corporate organisations.
☐ Meet decision-makers and present Academy products professionally.
☐ Generate new business leads.
☐ Follow up on existing opportunities.
☐ Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment.
☐ Update CRM and submit Daily Activity Report (DAR).

Weekly Responsibilities
☐ Add new institutional leads.
☐ Onboard new distribution partners.
☐ Complete scheduled follow-ups.
☐ Generate business opportunities.
☐ Submit Weekly Progress Report.

Monthly Responsibilities
☐ Achieve assigned business development targets.
☐ Expand distribution and partnership network.
☐ Review KPIs with reporting manager.
☐ Recommend improvements based on market feedback.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building ability.
  • Confidence in meeting senior professionals and institutional representatives.
  • Business development mindset.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
  • Good written and spoken English and Hindi.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, Email, CRM).

Preferred Experience
Graduates from any discipline are welcome.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:

    Corporate Sales • Field Sales • FMCG Distribution • Training & Education
    Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills and a strong willingness to learn
    may also be considered.

Travel Requirements
This is primarily a field-based role requiring regular travel to educational institutions,
bookstores, libraries, corporate organisations, conferences, and other partner locations.
Occasional outstation travel may also be required.
