Designation: Customer Service Executive Qualification: MBA with Engineering Background Experience: 3-5yrs Age: Below 30 Salary Band:20K to 25K PM Gender : Female Job Description: • Preparation of price quotes as per the reporting manager. • Preparation and submission of quotations for the engines received at our workshop for repairs/overhaul including supporting photograph/documents • Coordinating with customer for arranging joint inspection. • Preparation and submission of joint inspection report along with photographs/documents • Coordinating with technician for collection & filing of call reports & forwarding to the concerned department. • Forward the pictures & call report to Service manager for assessment of warranty claim • Reply all customer queries in consultation with the concerned • Follow up for work orders for supply of spares and services. Also ensure spares being supplied by customer are received in time and handed over to the stores for proper documentation and issue to workshop • Follow up with all concerned persons for timely customer support by entailing the following: o Checking availability with stores for spares before submission of quotation to customers o Issue of MRS to reserve spares for engines received at our workshop for repairs/overhaul. o Informing document details to customer upon dispatch of spares & repaired engines • Follow up with stores/procurement for order placement & tracking • Collection of quotations for transportation of engines • Intimate dispatch details of spares/engines to the customers General Admin Duties: • Maintain Individual boat wise files & all customer wise call report files • Maintain tracker of the engines received at our workshop for repairs • Daily Attendance report / monthly statement(biometric) / out gate pass tracker • Maintaining of leave application & forward to the concerned person for approvals • Entry of out gate pass details for attendance • Biometric activation of workshop staff • Forwarding details of each individual required for any purpose by accounts (ESI, PF,ID cards) in the format sent by HO • Issue of Stationary • Travel tickets booking for technicians • Co-ordinate with GM in preparing Training material • Follow up for all payments • Any other works assigned by the management from time to time Reports • Submit weekly Report on service calls received, attended and completed • Submit weekly report on repairs attended and awaiting work orders from customers • Submit weekly report on all spares issued for repairs/sent to locations on DC and their billing status Requirements: • Good verbal and written communications skills • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures • MS Office and proficiency in English, Hindi and Telugu • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. |
