Job Description:

• Responding to customer queries across multiple channels (email, whatsapp, social media)
• Monitoring and mapping the entire process for all product returns and customer refunds
• Working with logistics department for timely processing and shipping of orders
• Working with merchandising team on any product related enquiries or other requirements
• Assisting marketing department with any marketing / social media activations
• Assisting merchandising team during photoshoots / events
• Preparation and submission of reports as and when needed
• Any other works assigned by the management from time to time

Requirements:  

• Good verbal and written communications skills
• MS Office proficiency
• Tech friendly, and comfortable with usage of internet, laptop and social media
• Proficiency in English and Hindi. Telugu or any other regional languages is an added bonus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Willingness to learn and be a part of a fun, young and growing organization
• Team player
