Job Description:
- Responding to customer queries across multiple channels (email, whatsapp, social media)
- Monitoring and mapping the entire process for all product returns and customer refunds
- Working with logistics department for timely processing and shipping of orders
- Working with merchandising team on any product related enquiries or other requirements
- Assisting marketing department with any marketing / social media activations
- Assisting merchandising team during photoshoots / events
- Preparation and submission of reports as and when needed
- Any other works assigned by the management from time to time
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- MS Office proficiency
- Tech friendly, and comfortable with usage of internet, laptop and social media
- Proficiency in English and Hindi. Telugu or any other regional languages is an added bonus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Willingness to learn and be a part of a fun, young and growing organization
- Team player
