Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive with experience in managing online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, myntra and Meesho etc. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, inventory coordination, and overall marketplace operations to drive sales and ensure smooth business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
Create, upload, and maintain product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, specifications, and images.
Handle catalog management, including new product launches and updates.
Monitor and process orders, shipments, returns, and cancellations.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
Manage inventory levels and update stock across marketplaces.
Track marketplace performance, sales reports, and daily operations.
Resolve listing issues, account-related queries, and customer complaints.
Run and monitor promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers on marketplaces.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain account health.
Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and marketplace performance.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho Supplier Panel.
Knowledge of product listing, catalog management, and order processing.
Understanding of inventory management and e-commerce operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
