- Participate in medium to large scale, complex, cross-functional projects, from discovery to production
- Develop innovation strategies, processes, and best practices
- Collaborate within open-source community to develop and implement cutting-edge technologies in Linux kernel
- Evangelize new products and features to existing and potential internal and external customers
- Lead complex debugging sessions
- Productionize product ranges for the team
- Be a mentor to developers
- Represent product in various internal and external forums
- Partner with product manager and engineering managers in publication of product vision
- Own complete life-cycle of product from inception to production, operations, support, enhancement etc. Hands-on participation in complete life-cycle of product.
