Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 8 to 10
years of experience to align HR initiatives with business objectives. The ideal candidate
should have strong hands-on experience in HR operations, planning, budgeting and
control. This role requires a proactive approach to workforce planning, employee
engagement, and strategic HR interventions to drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Oversee HR operations, dynamic performance management, training and
development, and policy implementation, and compliance.
Drive effective talent acquisition strategies
Develop and manage HR budgets, ensuring cost-effective HR solutions.
Collaborate with finance teams to monitor HR-related financial planning and
reporting.
Implement employee induction, integration, engagement, motivation and
retention.
Provide insights and recommendations based on HR analytics and workforce
trends.
Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Lead compensation and benefits planning in alignment with market standards.
Facilitate learning-skilling programs to enhance employee skills and
leadership capabilities.
Support change management initiatives and organizational restructuring efforts.
Handle and conduct performance reviews, employee grievances, conflict
resolution and disciplinary actions.
Drive organization development initiatives for a successful workplace culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or
related field.
8-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partnering
role.
Strong expertise in HR operations, workforce planning, budgeting, and financial
acumen.
Knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and best HR practices.
Experience in handling HR analytics, compensation planning, and organizational
development.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Experience in a fast-paced or multinational work environment.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
