Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 8 to 10
years of experience to align HR initiatives with business objectives. The ideal candidate
should have strong hands-on experience in HR operations, planning, budgeting and
control. This role requires a proactive approach to workforce planning, employee
engagement, and strategic HR interventions to drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
 Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
 Oversee HR operations, dynamic performance management, training and
development, and policy implementation, and compliance.
 Drive effective talent acquisition strategies
 Develop and manage HR budgets, ensuring cost-effective HR solutions.
 Collaborate with finance teams to monitor HR-related financial planning and
reporting.
 Implement employee induction, integration, engagement, motivation and
retention.
 Provide insights and recommendations based on HR analytics and workforce
trends.
 Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
 Lead compensation and benefits planning in alignment with market standards.
 Facilitate learning-skilling programs to enhance employee skills and
leadership capabilities.
 Support change management initiatives and organizational restructuring efforts.
 Handle and conduct performance reviews, employee grievances, conflict
resolution and disciplinary actions.
 Drive organization development initiatives for a successful workplace culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or
related field.
 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partnering
role.
 Strong expertise in HR operations, workforce planning, budgeting, and financial
acumen.
 Knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and best HR practices.
 Experience in handling HR analytics, compensation planning, and organizational
development.
 Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
 Experience in a fast-paced or multinational work environment.
 Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
 Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
