Implementation manager  (IMPMED4FO)

Assure efficient running of daily hospital operations as per the defined protocols in designated
hospital
 Ensure patient care and clinical guidelines are followed as per quality protocols and standards
 Set monthly targets for individual departments and monitor their performance for smooth
functioning of the hospital
 Delegate responsibilities to the department heads and communicate on a daily basis to ensure
task completion
 Regular monitoring of diagnostic services, inpatient beds, facilities, and staff to ensure
effective use of resources and assess the need for additional staff, equipment, and services
 In order to optimize the hospital workflow, the manager should have the ability to hire, train
and supervise the staff for building and maintaining the right team for the hospital
 Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives, create quarterly & annual budgets
and revenue monitoring
 Have a good understanding of healthcare statutory regulations and guidelines
 Develop and implement effective policies for all operational procedures
 Demonstrate problem-solving and technical skills to find solutions for staffing and
administrative problems.
 Develop policies for the hospital to improve patient experience and satisfaction
 Ensure the safety of patient healthcare records
 Coordinate with all the facility management teams to ensure readiness and compliance to
access and safety.
 Effective communicate with doctors, specialists, nurses, ward attendants and vendor.
 Perform all other adhoc tasks assigned by the manager.
