JOB DESCRIPTION (Key Account Manager – IT )

Experience Years: 6-8 Years (IT Industry)
CTC Offered : 10 -12 Lacs
Location : Noida

Job Responsibilities:
 Understanding of Information Technology landscape of clients
 Developing and sustaining long lasting relationships with clients
 Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
 Ability to generate requirement and driving the client engagement to close the deal.
 Will be the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
 Supervising the sales teams assigned to each key client
 Communicating and collaborating with all the departments/teams to ensure that key
clients’ needs are met
 Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and
stakeholders.
 Developing a thorough understanding of key client’s needs and requirements and
preparing customized solutions.
 First point of contacts in resolving all issues and problems faced by customers and
deal with all complaints
Requirements & Skills:
 Should have enterprise sales experience in IT.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
 Quick problem solving and decision making.
 Ability to manage time, prioritize and multi task in a high-functioning
environment.
Educational Qualifications:
 BBA/BCA/BE/B.Tech
 MBA/MCA
Location – Will be based out of Noida
