Responsibilities and Duties: Be involved in complete mobile development life-cycle including
working with the production operations team to prepare and execute release.
Work with senior engineers, product managers and other team
members to plan, estimate and implement tasks; and deliver the quality
code within the committed iteration.
Develop innovative features that are highly performance,
compatible and responsive.
In depth knowledge of software engineering practices, unit
testing, configuration management and release management.
Provide technical and problem solving advice and delight our
customers with innovative solutions.
Providing input to the continual development of tooling and
reporting with a view to provide tangible business benefit.
Consistently meet task deadlines while maintaining the high
quality of deliverables.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience and Skills

Design ability: Good knowledge of Mobile application development
processes, prototype design.
Technical documentation (all stages of requirements, design, flow
diagrams, algorithm, testing, deployment) skill is strongly preferred.

Personal Skills
Sound understanding of mathematical problem solving methodologies,
logical and presentation abilities.
Highly analytical, possessing critical and creative thinking skills.
Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate the team members and boost productivity.
Good leadership and quality process understanding.
Ability to handle client expectations in terms of project deliveries.
Keen to identify the details and underlying target problems.
A sound understanding of business with respect to analytical
capabilities.

Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in
Science/Engineering/Computer Application/Computer Science
Required Experience: Highly desirable to have 5+ years of experience
