Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and clerical operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of office tasks to help ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence as needed
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Perform data entry and update records accurately
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as assigned
- Do follow ups with the client on behalf of manager
