Senior PPIC Specialist Jobs in Baddi – Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Scheduling

• Prepare and manage production plans and manufacturing schedules.
• Coordinate daily with Production for batch planning, changeovers, and sterilization cycles.
• Ensure timely batch execution and closure.
• Optimize production flow to reduce downtime, idle time, and changeover time.

Material Requirement Planning

• Plan requirements for raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), vials, droppers, and other critical components.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of required materials.
• Ensure adherence to TAT for RM/PM indents and batch execution.
• Coordinate with Warehouse for material availability, storage, and sterile packaging material handling.

Capacity Planning for Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

• Plan capacity for aseptic areas, sterilizers, and filling lines.
• Coordinate production requirements based on available capacity and resources.
• Support effective utilization of manufacturing facilities and equipment.

PPIC Documentation & Production MIS

• Ensure timely issuance of BMR/BPR according to product requirements.
• Maintain production MIS, yield reports, and batch-wise planning trackers.
• Maintain accurate ERP/MRP entries related to production and materials.
• Ensure timely batch closures and documentation alignment with Production and QA.

QA/QC & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with QA/QC for sampling, testing priorities, and product release timelines.
• Work closely with Production, Warehouse, QA, and QC teams to resolve planning and material-related issues.
• Ensure smooth coordination throughout the batch execution process.

Export Packaging & Regulatory Materials

• Ensure timely availability of artwork and labels.
• Coordinate availability of regulatory packaging materials required for export markets.
• Monitor packaging material requirements to prevent production delays.
