2. Good stability, means 3-4 job change during career.
3. Must be from Capital equipment only.
4. Must handle Production of Planning, Purchase, Fabrication, Store, QA/QC, Dispatch etc.
Production – Experience must be required
Monitoring activity of Production, Purchase, PPC, Fabrication, Maintenance, Dispatch, Factory Admin, spares, Q.C on daily basis
• Monitoring Timely dispatch of Plant and Spares.
• Dispatch Planning of Plants, spares and F.O.C
• Planning and procurement of Machining and casting components and Monitoring. P.O approval
• Forecast planning of Plants.
• Raw material Planning
• Indent Approval of Raw material and consumable items.
• Trouble shooting.
• Vendors bill approval
• Case Voucher approval
• Interaction with customer
• Contractor Bill Approval
• Paint booth installation
• Shot blasting machine shifting
• Stock taking
• Cost Reduction in Machining Items
• Customer complain reduction and Analysis
• ISO preparation and Auditing
• Cost reduction in Plant
• Cost estimation for plant repairing
• New Vendor development
