ROLE DEFINITION The candidate will be primarily responsible for handling Outbound Dialing & generate Leads through Cold Calling him/her. He needs to regularly deliver the high-performance numbers, benchmark quality, greater turn-around time, and improvements in the process. RESPONSIBILITY DELIVERABLE · To Deliver the Leads Quality as provided by the Client. · To make sure all the Parameters Defined from Client End are Delivered. · Planning and managing workflow, productivity, turn-around time, and quality standards. · Learn and implement new methods and techniques to enhance self-performance and increase value to the Client. TASKS & ACTIVITIES · OUTBOUND LEAD GENERATION: § Make Sure of Cold Calling through Diallers & Deliverance of leads as per the Criteria Described from Client End. § Ensuring data authenticity with proven methods of verification and validation process § Keeping the additional Leads Sourced for future references or audit purposes · PERFORMANCE: Constantly improving performance in the top-line KPI’s such as Productivity (numbers), Quality, Turn Around Time, Discipline (Behavior) and Attendance. · VALUE-BUILDING: § Understand the scope of work to ensure right performance per KPI definitions. § Learning new methods, tools & processing techniques from peers to deliver continuous performance improvements. § Suggesting new thoughts and ideas, which would enable value-building and innovation in the process.
