QA Job Description-
Position-QA Lead
Experience-Minimum 3 years
• Competent in developing various test scenarios and passionate about quality.
• Perform manual testing with various test scenarios to ensure the software meets the requirements.
• Analyze issues, communicate with the developers, track the defects & get them fixed before the product goes live.
• Test cases documentation for various testing processes.
• Analyze test results and make sure all the test scenarios are executed.
• Excellent listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills as well as written and oral communication skills.
• 1+ years’ experience with a scripting language, such as VBScript or Perl
• Successfully lead teams through development and execution of project plans for an individual project or small team
• Familiarity with both iOS and Android
• Experience working with a unit testing framework
• At least three years in a QA Manual, Automation and Testing environment.
• Good to have automation in selenium.
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible of delivering Acquiring projects.
• Lead coach and guide various team members, test execution on day-to-day issues.
• Test execution on Acquiring platforms.
• End of the day Project test reporting
• Good to have automation in selenium.
• Certification in testing is plus.
