BDS /MBBS / BPT with MBA (Hospital administration) or M.H.A . The Quality Manager Hospital shall support the Quality Assurance Programme at Medisync associated hospitals and be responsible for devising and establishing quality procedures, standards and specifications in Hospitals. Promote Quality Improvement in all the process & procedures of the hospitals and share reports. 1. Ensuring good quality non-clinical services like infection prevention, security, diet etc.; 2. Periodical assessment of hospitals on quality check list and arrive at a score for the facility; 3. Identification of gaps, develop action plan under the guidance of in- charge of the hospital and monitor compliance; 4. Ensuring that the hospital meets all regulatory compliances such as BMW, Blood Bank/Storage license, AREB regulations, etc.; 5 ensuring the hospitals keep a record of non-functional equipment’s and time line for its repair along with AMC for all equipment’s; 6 Hospital MIS, KPI and report actions taken. 7 Sound knowledge on the Concepts of Quality, NABH guidelines to the hospitals. Computer proficiency and familiarity with database management programmes and commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. |
