| JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for talented and experienced candidates who have vast experience as a Zoho developer. Who can develop custom products on Zoho and drive the entire implementation. The candidate will be provided opportunities to develop software solutions on Zoho suite of apps and a platform to gain knowledge across domains. Roles and Responsibilities • Developing, implementing, maintain custom creator & other business apps on Zoho Platform. • Create ready to deploy cloud applications on top of the Zoho platform. • Deluge script writing, Integrations with third party tools. • Extensive knowledge about workflow, HTML, Customer Portal, Invoice, Pivot Charts, Zoho Analytics etc. • Experienced in design & development of Creator, Zoho Analytics Applications and all Zoho tools like CRM, Analytics, Desk, ONE, People, Payroll, Creator etc. • Responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within the Zoho platform. • Detailed understanding of Zoho Systems capabilities and limitations. • Analyze the current solution, working with the business – to identify and develop areas of improvement. • Setting up and integrating various Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and Zoho Desk. • Fixing post-production issues / bugs. • Timely reporting on project to Team leads / Managers. • Take responsibility for the full life cycle of the project: designing, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance Required Candidate profile • The Candidate must be capable of integrating API Services with Zoho using any 3rd party integration. • Ability to design proper database layout and structure • Expertise in building widgets using various JS frameworks. • Working with Zoho APIs and good understanding of their use. • Good to have knowledge of SAAS products and CRM concepts. • Knowledge of SQL queries and run complex reports based on user requirements. • Willingness to prove attitude and ambition to learn new technologies • Ability to work independently as well with a team • Take ownership of projects and confidence on delivering the right implementation • Be responsible for documenting requirements and understanding stakeholders requests • Provide backup and support when needed. • Gather feedback and remarks from end-users. • Good attitude and willing to develop and learn independently. • Good knowledge in Zoho Applications like Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, API, People, Recruit. • Should be adaptable to running and managing applications, entries on Zoho and should be fully aware of how to use the different features of ZOHO. Skills Required: • Proactive in exploring new technology and applying knowledge to various business logics. • Highly organized and strategic in approach. • A creative business mind with an understanding of CRM operations and usability. • Excellent communication skills and exposure in handling international clients. • To be the face of the product by having an excellent presentation, in-depth knowledge on products to assist in implementation and troubleshooting. • The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong customer focus with an ability to work well in a team and prioritize your workload. |
