Project Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager (PHP Development) to lead our development team, define project workflows, and ensure smooth execution of web-based projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing developers, providing technical guidance, handling client queries, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the PHP development team
Define and implement project flow, architecture, and development strategy
Assign tasks and monitor daily progress of developers
Provide technical guidance and training to team members
Review code quality and ensure best practices are followed
Act as a bridge between clients and development team
Understand client requirements and convert them into technical tasks
Handle client queries, support, and issue resolution
Ensure projects are delivered on time with quality standards
Prepare project documentation, timelines, and reports
Improve team productivity and development processes
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in PHP, MySQL, Laravel / CodeIgniter
Good understanding of API integration, MVC architecture
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
Knowledge of Git / version control systems
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and client handling skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
