Production In charge

Education : BE ( Mech \ Automobile ) \ Dip. In Mech. \ Auto Engineering
Experience – Total exp 7-10 yrs (min 3 yrs as Production incharge – in mass production industry / fastener industry)
Location of candidate – preferred within 20km from company address
Knowledge required – machine operation, production planning/scheduling, documentation, 5S
Skill – set required – Leadership, communication, people management, problem solving, team player
Job Description: Job Title Production Incharge
Reporting To GM
*Attend Sunrise and Sunset meeting with MDT
*Prepare weekly shift chart of machine operators
*Plan daily / weekly production depending on despatch schedules
*Daily verify DPR and update data in soft format
*Daily verify Process log sheet and update data in soft format
*Verify Preventive maintenance activity and maintain proper records
*Maintain stock of all tooling and spares as per list, raise requisition whenever required
*Daily update tool history card and Mc history card
*Monthly monitoring of KPIs – In-house Rejection, Rework, breakdown
*Prepare Action plan for negative trends in KPI
*Monitor rejection data and prepare action plan, along with QA team, to reduce rejection
*Active participation in team feasibility for new components
*Give training to new operators
*Manpower handling
*Follow all Work Instructions related to Production
*Get training about different RM grades, sizes and their application
*Ensure proper 5S on shop floor
*Face internal audit and third party audit
