Education : BE ( Mech \ Automobile ) \ Dip. In Mech. \ Auto Engineering
Reporting To : GM
Knowledge Required : Quality System Documentation. Types of Quality Certification eg ISO \ TS \ IATF 16949, ZED Production Process Monitoring, Control, Improvement ( SPC ) Rejection Control \ Reduction Liaison With External Agency for Calibration. MSA study, Rejection analysis ( CAPA &8-D Reports) Communication with customer- For Quality & Complaints Up-dation of Quality Documentation ( Whenever Required ).
Experience Required : Min 4 to 7 Years.
Working in Fastener Industry will be added advantage.
Skill – set required : Leadership, communication, people management, problem solving, team player.
RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES
Designation : Incharge Quality Assurance Reporting To : GM

Clause – Responsibility – Authority

System – Knowledge of clauses To Give Feedback( NC/OK) to Production, Marketing,store & purchase – Document change requisition
Objectives – Knowledge of Production Plan, M/C Loading, Desp., Shedule etc.
Processes – Job dimensions as per Control Plan Checking Process Improvement Process monitoring (SPC)
Effectiveness – Rejection Control
Inspection – List of Gauges & equipments
Equipments – Gauge History Cards Requirement / Replenishment of gauges Identification of gauges – Requisition for gauges & instruments
Material – Gauge Numbering for identification

Calibration – Calibration status Coordinate For Calibration. MSA study – Liasion With External Agency For Calibration
Quality – Raw Material Inspection Inspection round across all machines Daily disposal of scrap material Disposal of Customer Returned Goods Rejection analysis ( CAPA &8-D Reports) Quality Plan Resolving Customer Complaint – Stop NG production Communication with customer Stop despatch of NC products
Records – Incoming Inspection In Process Inspection / Product Audits Sampling Inspection Customer Complaint Register S/C, Suppler Audits Layout Inspection Test Certificates Callibration Records/Gauge History Cards
Material – Customer Returned Goods – Identification / Rework / Despatch / Scrap
Accountability
House Keeping – Proper Gauge Stacking Clean Gauges & Inspection Equpments Remove Unwanted /Obsolate Gauges&Equipments Safety rules & regulations must follow where ever required/follow by safety policy 5S need to maintain by invidual in their respective area Energy conservation & need of energy saving to followed by invidual where ever engery can be saved Needs of envirnomental management to be followed by invidual, with EHS policy. – Requisition for cleaning aids
