Production \ Shop Floor Supervisor \ Engineer

Education : Having Degree \ Diploma in Engineering \ Automobile & having 1 – 2 years of experience

Experience – Total exp 1- 2 yrs (min 1 yrs as Jr. \ Supervisor – in mass production industry / fastener industry)

· Knowledge required – machine operation, People Management, Quality Certification, Quality documentation, 5S, Kaizen & other Productivity and quality related Concept, Safety of Man & Machinery, Process Documentation. Shift Manpower Handling, Machine \ production Norms.
· Technical Knowledge – Various Measurement instrument, viz, Varnier Clipper, Height Gauge, Profile Projector, Tensile Tester.

· Skill-set required – Good communication, people management, problem solving, team player, Keen for the analysis of the problem & providing of the solutions.

· Reporting to : Production Manager \ Gen. Manager

· Detail Job Description:

Handling Day today Production Dept Activity including, man – Machine Management, finding the right Materials, Stock Management, Root Cause Analysis of the rejection,.

· Handling Blue & Temporary labour Workmens. Shift management.

· Monitoring Rejection of Product and analysis to prevent the same.

· Keeping the Track of the consumable Materials, 5 ‘S’ of the workplace.

· Process verification and guiding the Operator to SOP & process rectification.

· Keeping the data of the production, in process materials, & Finished Materials.

· Writing the operators Data viz. OE of the Machine Operator, Counter Check the relevant Records.

· Motivating the team for better performance.

· Imparting of the Technical Training to the Operator.

· Reporting of the Unusual Things on shop floor.

· Keeping of the Industrial Discipline.

· Updating of Charts and Record related Production Dept.

· Hosting of the Shift Meeting of Operator for every Shift and discuss the Details of the Out-comes.

· Willing to work in the rotational Shift.
