Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Visits & Sales Development: Visit electrical shops, explain products, onboard new distributors, generate orders, oversee supply management, assist in secondary sales.
  2. Customer Engagement & Technical Support: Solve technical issues, educate customers on LED technology, maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
  3. Sales Growth & Area Development: Expand market presence, ensure stock availability at dealer points, monitor competitor activities.
  4. Reporting & Compliance: Submit daily reports, maintain systematic monthly records, achieve sales targets.
  5. Travel Requirement: 15–18 days per month within assigned territory.

Key Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in sales & marketing of LED lighting or electrical products
  2. Strong knowledge of LED lighting solutions and their applications
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  4. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  5. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems
  6. Willingness to travel extensively

Experience Required: 2-3 Years (Home Appliances, Wires, Switches, LED Lights, B2B Sales)
