Key Responsibilities:
- Market Visits & Sales Development: Visit electrical shops, explain products, onboard new distributors, generate orders, oversee supply management, assist in secondary sales.
- Customer Engagement & Technical Support: Solve technical issues, educate customers on LED technology, maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Sales Growth & Area Development: Expand market presence, ensure stock availability at dealer points, monitor competitor activities.
- Reporting & Compliance: Submit daily reports, maintain systematic monthly records, achieve sales targets.
- Travel Requirement: 15–18 days per month within assigned territory.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales & marketing of LED lighting or electrical products
- Strong knowledge of LED lighting solutions and their applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems
- Willingness to travel extensively
Experience Required: 2-3 Years (Home Appliances, Wires, Switches, LED Lights, B2B Sales)
