Government Tender & GeM Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Tender Identification
   Regularly check government tender portals like Government e‑Marketplace (GeM), Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP), and state tender websites.
   Identify tenders related to:
   LED street light/LED floodlight
2. Tender Participation
   Study tender documents and eligibility criteria.
   Prepare and submit bids on Government e‑Marketplace (GeM) portal.
   Upload required documents such as:
   Company registration
   GST certificate
   PAN
   Product specifications
   Authorization letters.
3. Product Listing & Catalogue Management
   Create and manage product catalogues on Government e‑Marketplace (GeM).
   Update pricing, specifications, images, and compliance details.
   Ensure products match tender requirements.
4. Documentation & Compliance
   Maintain all tender documentation and records.
   Handle EMD, security deposit, and other formalities.
   Ensure compliance with government procurement rules.
5. Order Processing
   Monitor orders received through Government e‑Marketplace (GeM).
   Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for dispatch.
   Track delivery timelines and installation requirements.
6. Payment Follow-up
   Follow up for invoice submission and payment processing.
   Coordinate with accounts department for bill submission on portals.
7. Vendor & Client Communication
   Communicate with government departments regarding tender queries.
   Attend pre-bid meetings if required.
   Handle clarifications and technical queries.

Experience
2-3 years experience in Government Tenders / GeM portal preferred.

Education
Graduate in Commerce / Business / Engineering.
Department – Sales / Tendering / Business Development
