Service Engineer – Raipur

Job Details
Experience: Minimum 3–4 years in Electrical & Electronic Service Department

Key Responsibilities
✔️ Repair LED lights and provide service support to dealers and distributors
✔️ Process and clear warranty replacement materials
✔️ Attend and resolve complaints from dealers and distributors
✔️ Address customer quality-related issues and provide timely solutions
✔️ Follow up on receipt and dispatch of replacement materials
✔️ Coordinate with the Finished Goods Department
✔️ Manage dispatch of service and replacement materials to customers and channel partners

Required Skills
✔️ Good communication skills
✔️ Technical knowledge of electrical and electronic products
✔️ Problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
✔️ Willingness to travel across Odisha and Chhattisgarh
