Role and Responsibilities 1. Business Analysis & ConsultingConduct discovery sessions to understand client business processes, challenges, and goalsAnalyse workflows and identify opportunities for optimisation and automationDocument business requirements, process maps, and user journeysSupport consulting workshops focused on transformation and solutioning 2. AI-Driven SolutioningIdentify opportunities to integrate AI (Generative AI, automation, analytics) into business processesAssist in designing AI-enabled solutions aligned with business objectivesContribute to solution frameworks including AI use cases, automation strategies, and integrations 3. Pre-Sales & Solution SupportCollaborate with sales and consulting teams to prepare demos and proposalsTranslate business needs into scalable and commercially viable solutionsSupport client presentations and solution walkthroughs 4. Implementation & DeliveryAssist in configuring and optimising SaaS platforms (CRM, ERP, HRMS, etc.)Work with development teams on customisations and integrationsPrepare Functional Solution Documents (FSDs)Support testing, UAT, and deployment activitiesEnsure successful solution adoption by end users 5. Continuous Improvement & InnovationStay updated with AI trends, SaaS innovations, and emerging technologiesIdentify opportunities for process improvement and AI adoptionContribute to internal knowledge building and reusable solution assets

Preferred Skills1–3 years in Business Analysis, Consulting, or SaaS implementationExposure to business applications (CRM, ERP, HRMS, etc.)Basic understanding or strong interest in AI and automation technologiesAnalytical thinking and structured problem-solvingStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to think consultatively and solution-orientedUnderstanding of process mapping and requirement documentation
