Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities:
➢ Maintenance and smooth running of SmartPoint’ s FinTech Applications. ➢ Building and maintaining the Knowledge Base for Monitoring and Solutioning. ➢ Monitoring Application functioning, uptime, and issues. ➢ Monitoring third party applications integrated and ensuring smooth functioning of the same. ➢ Investigate issues found while monitoring and fix them. ➢ Coordinate with Engineering, DevOps, and Customer Teams to resolve issues.
Skill Set/Experience:
➢ Solid understanding of Application monitoring and troubleshooting. ➢ Experience in software and hardware troubleshooting and installation ➢ Experience with Server monitoring and troubleshooting. Windows, Linux platforms ➢ Experience using monitoring tools like Logz.io, HP OpenView, Nagios, or similar monitoring tools.
➢ Experience in Handling Clients and customer calls. ➢ Good to have prior experience in working with FinTech Applications.
