Job description:
We are looking for a Website & ERP Tester who has complete understanding of website functionality and end-to-end ERP business flows. The candidate will be responsible for thoroughly testing all ERP and website modules, validating transaction flows, reports, and integrations, and ensuring the system works as per business requirements. The role includes preparing test cases, performing functional and flow testing, identifying bugs or issues, and clearly reporting them to developers with proper documentation and reproduction steps. The tester will also coordinate with the development team for fixes and re-testing, verify reports and data accuracy, and provide user training and system demonstrations to customers. The candidate should be able to understand customer processes, explain ERP flows in a simple manner, support users during UAT, and ensure smooth project handover with minimal errors
