Having Degree \ Diploma in Engineering \ Automobile & having 1 – 2 years of experience in quality dept, of an automobile company or an 1engineering company. Should possess the exposure to various quality concepts including ISO, IATF16949, 5’S and other prevailing practices. He should be familiar with various measuring gauges, including Vanier Clipper, Profile projector etc.
Person with fastener industry exposure will be more suitable to this job.
Candidates residing in nearby radius of 20 Kms, or willing to relocate in nearby area will be preferred. Person with the ability to be adaptive to the growing environment.
Knowledge Required : List of Gauges and Equipment & Its Handling.
Gauges History Cards and its Maintenance.
Process of Gauges Calibration and Other Records used in QS System.
Requirement / Replenishment of gauges.
Identification of gauges
Incoming Inspection
Sampling Inspection
